Project Management
5280 Rail offers general project management services applicable to all disciplines, such as Scheduling, Project Risk Management and Training, and also offers specific construction project related services, such as Constructibility Reviews, Value Engineering and Cost Estimating. These services are offered as stand-alone services for a particular part of a project, as comprehensive packages governing an entire project from start to finish, or as any combination of services that meets the needs of the client.
Inspection / Preventative Maintenance
5280 Rail recognizes that it is important to understand, not only the rules of track inspection, but also the implications of traffic patterns, commodities operated on your track and track components. Each significantly affect the other. From mainline operators to customer tracks in plants, while the application of the rules are normally the same, the required track work, components and degree of that work are in most cases completely different.
